30 leaders and experts from the plastics medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging value chain came together for the MedPharmPlast Europe Conference in Brussels on 29 November. The event gave an insight into the current most important topics for these industry sectors.
After a General Assembly for members only in the morning, the conference started with a session on the Medical Device Regulation. Speakers from the European Commission, Team-NB and Toxikon presented the implementation of the MDR from different angles. After a networking lunch, the presentations focused on Titanium Dioxide, the MPPE Phthalates Use Information Project and the future definition of Nanomaterials.
The next MedPharmPlast Europe Conference 2017 will take place on 29 June, place to be confirmed.
